Guessed it was you when I passed but did not recognize those flowing locks, is that a side effect of those protein shakes? If so could you send me on the name of the brand and while you are at it send them on to Shane and Martin as well!

I am sure you would have stopped! Pancakes, well can arrange something I am sure

Thanks

Thought it was Rachel but didnt know.
Rachel said she was fine.
I like pancakes.
Thats what cyclists should do. Ask but have no intention of ever stopping to help Razz

Thanks Emmet, believe it was you who stopped to check on Rachel after she was punctured. All other cyclists went past her.

Owe you some pancakes!!!

Cycle early Sat morning.
Leaving Tramore at 07:30 to orchardstown cross 3hrs.
Back buy 10:30 enough time to be ready for Duathlon at 12:00 if you want more.
What you think ?
