Good showing on Friday at the swim. Obviously everyone wants to get acclimatized to the water before Valentia next week. 8 showed up and though I've been encouraged to put up a brief note of how it went, I refuse to name those involved for fear of incurring Stephens wrath and taking from his Friday evening regulars. Sorry Stephen!

Twas a good session. Did about 2k(ish). Everyone went over to the slip, meeting up at the buoys (or where the buoys used to be) on the way over, then over the blue barrell via the outside of the yellow buoys and back to shore.

Everyone was well up and able for it and Stephens sessions are obviously paying off.

Talk again turned to Ironman 2012 venues afterwards, to be continued after Monday's swim....
