That website is funny; just looking at it there -

I think Slatts might be right - I think they do mean Kilkenny elephant jocolor

The speil on the website is funny:

"The start of the race is in the ancient village of Salthill, now a renowned seaside resort" scratch

"Galway is known as the “Cultural Heart of Ireland”, hosting numerous festivals, celebrations and events."...... Think they're getting it mixed up with Kilkenny there
