Helly I doubt very much Shane could be trusted to cook anything suitable for human consumption!

Martin we're having a eurovision party out in our house. Tight clothes and west coast coolers all round Very Happy

Good point Martin! But if he did /could do them he would do them faster than anyone else!!!

Appreciate comment on lists, dangerous territory indeed.

Eurovision is that a race??

Really Brian when weighing both mine and Helen's comments you would be better of in prison!! With your frankly worrying references to peoples innocent photo's, perhaps this is where you belong!!!

Can't make another swim as I may wash of my fake tan!

Hi Brian,

I know when Aerohed was injured there were a range of "activities" he was very good at and helped relieve the boredom

*cooking dinner
*food shopping for the week
*polishing the tiled floor with a dry cloth
*cleaning the bathroom
*massaging my tired shoulders
*clearing out all the junk out of the box room

There are probably a few more I have forgotten..I can let you know when I think of them Laughing

I believe the following activities will place little strain on your quad!:

Washing up
Hoovering
Cooking
Baking yummy cakes
Car washing
Dusting, with feather duster for increased upper body workout

If there is no capacity within your house for such activities you are more than welcome to come and workout in my house!

Glad to have been of help!

Stefan

whatever time / day suits ye is fine. I can't do anything apart from swim until the middle of next week so I'm free all weekend.

Not sure if Una believes DIY and gardening are murder on my quad

Might be interested not too early on Saturday, whats your plan. I think our cycle is off due to rain and wind until Sunday. Come to think of it that will be a big help for the swim. Yeah might be up for 2 laps, God knows I need the practice in the water
