Well Congratulations was the 1968 entry for the UK in the Eurovision song contest. Catchy enough tune from what I remember although I obviously wasn't around at the time Idea So now that 'Seven Seconds Away' has dropped out of the Top 40, it's time that Congratulation, performed by Shane Scaddiing and written and composed by Brian Slattery, takes the No. 1 spot bounce

Copperman, I know you'll like this jocolor

Congrats to everybody (8 of us), tough day for all, no mean feat everybody cycling 75+ miles (120km) today, not to mention the fond memories of the 4.5 mile climb of Templeorum, the 4 mile (approx.) climb of Graigenamanagh, the steady "long" climb of Glenmore and not to mention the other undulating climbs throughout the cycle, so well done to everyboby, Heartbreak Hill here we come!

24 weeks to Ironman Switzerland & 25 weeks for Kieran and the Uk! affraid

"Oh, I'd say about 65 miles" - Aerohead when quizzed about lenght of proposed cycle route.

New rule of thumb - multiply any figure given by Aerohead by 1.2 for a more accurate/realistic number study

Additionally, replace any instance of the word "undulating" with "oh, sweet Jesus, it's still going up!!"
